"The service staff is not friendly at all. I asked for a soft blanket or a sheet and they told me they didn't have any. They only seem to focus on groups of skiers."

"Amazing views, facilities and staff. Even a moose down the mountain was there for our morning breakfast. Pool and sauna were wonderful. A top 10 hotel."

"They might want to let their clients know about the ladder to the bed. Elders need to get up at nite and this is difficult to navigate. Also there was a minimum selection of left over cups and plates, etc. the entryway to the apt. Had a bad smell.
Restaurant on site was great!"

"The front desk clerk, Joseph, was very helpful. The hotel property was great. We were here off season, but still loved the area. Many of the shops were closed because we got in late on a Saturday but the Mix was open. We hiked nearby and took advantage of Joseph’s restaurant recommendation the Fiskekrogen which was excellent. I strongly recommend the fish soup. "

"Great location, ample parking and 4 EV chargers so the hotel is a perfect stopover or base camp for exploring the Lofoten islands by car. We opted for a balcony harbour view room and it did not disappoint. We had views of the harbour and the constant stream of ferries, cruise ships, tour boats and private vessels. As always in Norway, the buffet breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone’s taste."

"It was a shame that the laundry’s dyer was broken but we did our washing anyway. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the dryer. Nice room looking towards the mountains to the south. The hotel is ideally situated for downtown. Restaurants and bars were a walk away. Walking along the harbour side was a great pre or post dinner therapy. We parked on an adjacent street."
