"I absolutely love the property! This was my second stay, and I had another really great experience overall. The property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my time there. One minor area that I believe could use some improvement is the beach experience over the weekend. It can be challenging to find a beach chair or even a place to sit due to the number of ResortPass guests, which can make the area feel overcrowded. Additionally, it can sometimes be difficult for staff to distinguish hotel...

"The cleaning lady always tries her best but there is no renovation that’s mean the water to shower small very bad ,the toilet smell bad ,may be the septic tank need to be service, The staff are very very good. The breakfast was ok ,the ac work only at 7pm at night through 6am ,if you are really want to be comfortable 24 hours for ac that’s not a good match for you."

"Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there again...but next time for a week...I loved it....thank you staff for making me feel at home...they even gave me a hug when I was leaving..xoxoxo"

"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. AC worked splendidly all 5 days. Pool was being filled the day we arrived. Nightlife music BOOMs @ pool. Pool clarity & color got murky green on day 3?!? Showers were comforting in July after the nozzle obstructions were removed. Fireworks on 4th were lacking...but oh yah it's Haiti bro. For missionaries its fine ....
