"We traveled from Laos for a night in Udon and it's the first time we've stayed here since 10 years ago and we're still very pleased. The staff is super friendly and helpful, great food at a great price in the restaurant, and convenience to the shopping mall. Super nice and friendly check in reception. The room is clean and comfy for my wife and me.
We had dinner here and it's such good Thai food without the hassle of going outside. The breaky buffet is very good selection of high quality food for all your taste buds. And i was impressed with the good tast of the coffee from the machine; I did not expect that.
The only thing that's not clear and easy is the parking situation, next to the mall. I don't know how some cars get parked and other don't. but there is a parking lot behind the hotel that's just a 5 minute walk.
