"This hotel was incredible! The smallest details have been designed and provided with care. We had a classic room with a bay view which was stunning to wake up to every morning. We tried all three restaurants that were open when we visited, and on the last night we went to Sabia. The service was incredible from Mila (Julietta), and the staff gave us a few extra treats to celebrate the last night of our honeymoon. We were lucky to have great weather on our last day (we were there in early April), and sitting by the pool, enjoying the view was amazing! Even better with Jimmy’s services and great hospitality! The Chenot Spa is something else! No wonder it was voted the best in the world. We had a day spa with hydro treatments and massages, but end up having 2 extra massages on the other days as we couldn’t get over how incredible it was. We had an early flight on our last day, and as we’d miss breakfast, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box to go, so that we wouldn’t miss out on it. One & Only Portonovi is absolutely incredible! If this isn’t on your bucket list, you should definitely consider adding it!"

"The most fantastic experience - truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. Reception went out of their way to meet our needs with things we had forgotten to pack. We also enjoyed breakfast with very attentive service, the brilliant spa facilities and even a ride on the hotel bikes down the promenade to Herceg Novi. Lazure is wonderful - a must visit - and somewhere we regularly come to when visiting Montenegro. Thank you."

"Greeted us just outside the town and resolved the tricky parking situation by saving us a packing space. We were then golf carted to our room and luggage swiftly carried up. Room was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Close to all amenities . On departure the golf cart was there to take us with our luggage back to the car. Excellent service. Breakfast was nice too."

"We had a really great stay at Bayview Hills. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for all of us after long days out exploring. The room had a nice view as well. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket they arranged for us. It made the kids so happy after a long journey, and it was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kotor."
