It doesn’t seem to be in a very good neighbourhood and while we were there a car was broken into and their belongings and everything was stolen. "Location is convenient for convention delegates, close to St. John’s Convention Centre. Rooms are spacious with plentiful of storage. Not too many restaurants nearby, but Water Street is within easy walking distance."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained. Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out. Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention. I personally did not like...

"This is an old hotel that needs improvements. The room floors and bathroom were clean but needs updating. There is laminate flooring in the rooms thankfully so it was clean. The halls and stairs are carpeted and desperately need replacing The bed sheets need replacing and were worn thin. The pillows also needed replacing. The bed was comfortable The restaurant food was adequate for supper but pricey. We did not stay for breakfast as it was not included and we were checking out early so...
