"Loved the room, pool and especially beach. Our server Avon at the pool was very nice and helpful. It did take awhile to find service or dry towels on a couple of days. Other than that, wonderful stay!!!"

"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room.
Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"A Stone’s Throw Away was the perfect spot for a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The views were stunning from the hotel. The pool was warm and clean. It was nice to feel like we were in a private hotel. It was very quiet at night, and the rooms were always cool. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas. Not wheel chair accessible."

"Convenient location if you fly in or out. Lots of tile everywhere so slick if it's raining (it was). Expensive for a "Motel 6 type" room. $200 for an $80 room which is probably typical in Nassau. AC worked well!
They have food beer/wine in tiny dining/tv area. Expensive also. It's a "homey" place and guests seem happy. It's just very ordinary and underwhelmed with customer service. Ok for one quick night but definitely low on value/price scale. I rated 4 stars but should have been 3. Can't go...
