"Everything great"

"The hotel room was clean and good enough, but everything was extremely underwhelming for how luxurious this place is advertised to be. TV choices are either cable or a DVD player, no modern streaming options or ability to connect phone to the TV. Display pillows were actively falling apart and leaving sheddings all over the beds. Rust was present on tub faucet. Parking lot is in DESPERATE need of renovations, as the paint is so faded that guests are just guessing where they can and can't park...

"Loved the view of the beach! Staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me a guest parking pass for my friends and there kids to come have dinner! I got to cook in the room seeing there is a stove and fridge 😊..it is about a 15 minute walk to the actual boardwalk but we'll worth it. I also got to just walk across the st from the hotel to the beach and watch my 1st sunrise also which was amazing!!"

"If you want a cheap hotel in the White Mountains that has better than questionable hygiene, this is the place for you. That’s about the best I can say for it. It’s actually next to a busy road, so it’s not quiet and peaceful like you would think it would be from the pictures. If you are on the bottom floors, you will hear your neighbors upstairs walking around. The curtains there are also blackout curtains, so if you want privacy you also have to block out the light.
