"We booked a superior room at Carus, we stayed 4 nights in a room where they had only recently put a semi new floor in and was not completely dry at all., the smell was awful..My husband is asthmatic so that did not help with his condition, they then sent a cleaner to spray the room with fragrance spray, again not useful or helpful.
The breakfast was appalling, not much choice, restaurant was closed during the evenings, this was not mentioned on the website or at the time of booking!"

"Beautiful hotel with the best staff especially Deniz and Maria who created the most incredible breakfast spread every morning. Front desk staff was always helpful with our questions etc. loved the location - walking distance from everything in town and restaurants and rooftop bars. Bed were comfortable and plenty of space inside rooms."

"Es ist eine eher ruhige und etwas abgelengene Unterkunft mit einem hervoragendem Hamam. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Allenfalls die nahe Schnellstrasse ist etwas stoerend. Das Personal im Hotel und im Hamam war sehr freundlich und professionell. Mesut begruesste uns sehr freundlich bereits am Parkplatz und war als Bedienung sehr zu vorkommend. Man kann sehr gut essen und das Fruehstueck war hervorragend.
Als ganz kleinen kritischen Punkt ist noch zu bemerken, dass in der Organisation nicht...
