"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking...

"Beautiful place, but a hotel it’s old with lack of maintenance, it’s not really a 5 star hotel. Restaurant was a more bad than good. Views and place it’s totally beautiful! I guess is the bes hotel of the area… "

"Hotel no centro, perto de bares, restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. Atendentes gentis, e quarto aconchegante e muito quentinho já que formos no inverno. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza! "

"El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. "

"Hotel bacana, muito próximo ao Lago Lacar em San Martin de Los Andes. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé a partir do hotel menos as excursões (ou você contrata ou como sempre faço alugue um carro para se locomover por conta própria). Bom café da manhã, estacionamento para veículos, ótima calefação, ótimo atendimento."

"El hotel se encuentra abandonado a la fecha, llegué a las 2300 hrs. Aprox., por lo que observé no tenía huéspedes, las luces se encontraban apagadas , no había ninguna nota informado el motivo por el cual no presta servicio, lamentablemente nadie se comunicó conmigo.No corresponde abonar por un servicio que no prestan , me sentí estafado, después de viajar más de 1000 km y no tener hospedaje para poder descansar, deberían chequear si presta servicio antes ofrecerlo "

"No se merecen rating 8.5, la suite, era hitel de 2 estrellas, la atencion en recepciin muy amigables pero decidimos irnos ya que el cuaryo dwja mucho que desear."
