There were a few people at the lobby with the same experience. it should be clearly stated that we need to scan the QR to register our details. Then obtain the booking reference no. and use it to login in. we were trying to key in the hotel booking no. on various attempts but not successful. It got complicated bcos we booked 3 rooms and we need 3 booking reference no. other than that, the hotel is ok "

"The hotel is in a great spot, right near the old city. Rooms are in good condition and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans and cutlery. The only complaint about the room would be a slightly spartan bedspread with only 2 pillows, one blanket and no sheets for a bed meant to sleep two. The biggest drawback is the self check-in. "Its a stock apartment thats not maintained as well as it shows in the pictures. Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. Beds were also old and uncomfortable. "
