"We arrived and the owner told us that they had no deal with hotels.com and we had to pay again if we wanted to stay. Eventhough the hotel was already paid for. Hotels.com has no email support for things like this. So I just got scammed out of my money somehow. Don't book here. "

"This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. "

"My week stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent, in the heart of Thamel. The suite I stayed in was comfortable. I have only two small criticisms: The hot water had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Loud music from the next bar into the morning hours."
