"I loved everything about the Hotel! The location, amenities, and food were excellent! The staff were phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had one of the best massages I have ever had at the spa. The restaurant had great food and the morning buffet had a lot of variety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. When I come back to Kathmandu I will definitely stay here again."

"The room is big enough for us: two queen size beds. Beds and pillows were good. The services from the front desk to the concierge were excellent and attentive.
We dined in Tahini, Edomame and Thameel. All three offered very tasty food and excellent service"

"The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee."

"It’s super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and the overall ambience is like a palace.
The restaurant food menu should have more Nepali options including Buff and pork dishes since the hotel is perfect to experience Nepali architecture but food is too western"
