"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. "Bugana resort is gorgeous the men (brothers and cousin) stayed in a terrace room. They had individual bed. The only complaint they had was the fire alarm woke them up early morning at 1 am so they had to run outside. The food was okay they had variety of chooses. "
