"I wanted to start by saying this place was one of reality amazing, the staff from the cleaner, restaurant front desk all of them wanted to help if we needed any help. I ask for water I’ll get it delivered o. The spot I had a question I was answered right away There others that their help was beyond my expectations, very thankful it was joy staying and sad we had to leave Again thank to tha amazing entire staff "

"Nice rooms, great service and overall a lovely hotel. We were offered tea, coffee and cookies on arrival and also had a knock at the door in the evening with an offer of sweet tea, wafers and sweets. "

"I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic. So, make sure you book the “suite” which has more space and a window. Having said that, the window will also mean more noise. "
