"We stayed here as our main base during our 2-week trip around Sri Lanka, and it exceeded every expectation. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed, and taken care of. It was the absolute highlight of our trip to come back here after long days of activities. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the attention to detail was top-tier. We couldn't have asked for a better home base during our time on the island—we would return in a heartbeat!"

"A truly wonderful stay on an incredible site. The rooms were so spacious (the bathroom was the size of my bedroom at home) and incredibly clean. The site itself was beautiful with a lovely walk past the pool, through some trees and directly out onto a beautiful private beach. The natural pool is also stunning to sit in front of and watch all the wildlife. which includes hundreds of dragonflies meaning we didn’t see a single mosquito while we were there. They do dinner every night on the beach which is a once in a lifetime experience to eat under the stars on a beach this lovely. Staff were great with excellent service, always incredibly attentive during all meals and excellent room turnover downs too. The food was great but the menu is on the smaller side so if you’re staying for more than 3 days you may want to pop into Nilaveli for some dinners which is very quick and easy to do on a tuk tuk. Would stay again in a heartbeat, it’s such a peaceful beautiful place."

"Very happy with my stay at Havana Club. Staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. Can’t say enough great things about them"

"Amaranthe Bay is a super nice hotel, the rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is great and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The guests relations executive, Sri Mayuran, was super nice, helpful and friendly, he made our stay that much better. Also, great thanks to the chef who cooked the fish we fished for us :) it was an awesome gesture."

"I think not much items to select for the breakfast compared to other hotels, that's poor. I already told to the staff about that. , . and closing pool at 9pm is also not a good thing. we couldn't enjoy much . the staff is great, very helpful"

"Nice hotel on the beach and I think all rooms face out to the pool and beach. The pool and property are nice. Lots of loungers available. The beach is very clean in front of the property, but less so as you walk along the beach. The security keeps the beach sellers at bay which is appreciated. Lots of food options in very easy walking distance. I didn't try the buffet restaurant but the other one was respectable."
