Had an issue with the reservation upon check in the one out of 10 people behind the desk basically said “ we have no room so go find somewhere to stay”. Had to make a reservation on expaedia to stay that night. At dinner i could not charge meals to the room because the system was “closed”, as if Walking a slip to the front desk were an issue. Then at checkout I was charged an additional USD 30 to leave at 1pm instead of noon. ...
