"The room was clean and met our needs. A few things could be improved to make the experience even better. The mattress could be changed out or flipped to prevent sinking spots. And some of the breakfast items like the pastries could be fresher. Otherwise a good experience overall."

"I booked this hotel via Expedia app and got charged.When I got there, they hotel stated that they don’t work with expedia and therefore cannot see my payments.Well they forced me to pay again!!!It was painful to pay again!! To make the matters worse, I reserved the cheapest room but I was given a much expensive room!!The restaurant denied me hot water for breakfast directing me to buy one liter then they boil for me!!This made me to not eat that breakfast!!An attendant behaved rude when I requested for an additional supply of room items…."

"I like the fact that it's close to the river which had a spectacular sight. What I did not like is the fact that Expedia did not pay for my booking despite getting the payment from me. Very bad manners from an organisation. I would not recommend anyone to book for their stay via Expedia .com."
