"Upon hotel look very regal on the exterior. Interior lobby, restaurant and bar has a modern look. And the hotel room I booked was very gorgeous and spacious. It had the toilet separate to the bathroom. The had complimentary water. The view from the windows was nice just wish they opened fully to have like a balcony type vibe. The downfalls were not many vegan options for food in the restaurant. And the spa voucher I had received I couldn’t actually use for any of the treatments they had as they were fully booked. "

"The staff were so nice and helpful. However there is no sign or address on the building. Extremely hard to find for a tourist. Also the AC doesn't work enough to keep the bedroom cool. It was about 90 degrees in the room"
