"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. The Haven has a restaurant that appears to be only used for the breakfast buffet which was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam.
We visited the DO restaurant in the adjoining Hilton Doubletree as it was convenient to do so. The first night we were advised to pick our own table and someone would be with us shortly. We sat at our table for the next 20 - 25 minutes and no one ever did come by to see us. As such, we left. We decided to try the DO on the second night with the service being much better. The food was reasonably good but on the expensive side. The menu is somewhat limited."
