"We stayed for a ski weekend trip. The hotel was right next to Fernie Alpine resort which made it very convenient. "

"Kitchen lacked bowls for salad and fry pan was badly warped. Toilet had black lines under rim. Toilet paper rough and unabsorbant. King bed was fabulous!!"

"I ordered two rooms. But I got only one room. For same price. I got charge tourist levey also. But we are canadian. Living in Alberta"

"Did not see one person on staff. My room was propped open when I got there. There were bugs all over the floor, both living and dead. The pull out couch was nasty, so dirty. "

"Breakfast was suppose to be included but because the morning was Good Friday the restaurant was closed. Not good "

"Breakfast decidedly ordinary and lift not working in building expecting us to carry bags to third floor. I liked the attached pub however so not all bad. They also had a wine store which I found unusual…good unusual. A pool with hot tub in the middle of the atrium was also a good feature."
