"Room and staff were awesome and went out of their way to make guests comfortable. The negative for us was a VIP next room with a security contingent with machine guns. Discomforting for a resort."

"I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling.
I would highly recommend this hotel. "
