"Es un excelente hotel y lo q mas me gusto fue su maravilloso servicio; se nota la capacitacion de su personal y entrega.... No me gusto mucho el tema del restaurante, fuimos al de mar y al italiano, personalmente no cumplio mis expectativas....mientras el buffet es agradnle y variado"

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place is located in one of the most dangerous parts of Ecuador, surrounded by crime and complete neglect. The hotel itself looks abandoned — the building is falling apart, dirty, and feels more like a forgotten ruin than a place to stay. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional.
