The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. "We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall we had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. The rooms, the property, and everything around us felt fresh and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only areas I think could improve are the pool/beach food options and room service. "an sich schöne Unterkunft aber alles sehr unpersönlich. Reservierungen für die Restaurants schlecht. Restaurant Türkisch total überfüllt! Liegen am Strand überwiegend belegt. Alles sehr muss übe handy bestellt werden und insgesamt überall relativ laute Musik Beschallung. Kein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis"

"heerlijk verblijf, personeel was echt heel erg behulpzaam en heel erg aardig. Ze stonden meteen voor je klaar. Als je rust zoekt is dit de plek om te zijn. Ik was met mijn dochter gereisd en ze heeft zich goed vermaakt met watersport en welness. Eten was elke dag gevarieerd. Ik ga graag weer terug. Mijn grote dank aan de Cook's club Adakoy."

"This is a beautiful property perched on the ridge overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, the main pool was closed and being resurfaced. The property therefore was not as advertised. I would think this warrants some kind of a discount. Moreover, the beach is beyond walking distance, and the shuttle only travels once per hour. Lastly, the restaurant had very mediocre food and was far inferior to any other meal we had during our stay in Bodrum. I hate...

"The hotel was wonderful, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was even nicer than it looked online. Breakfast was great and both pool areas were really nice. There’s also a taxi rank just across from the hotel which is very convenient!"
