"When I arrived the Hotel had no record of my booking although i had received a confirmation email from Hotels.com. The hotel advised that they no longer use Hotels.com. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a Hotels.com booking. I will never use Hotels.com ever again"

"The room has nothing, just a TV and old furniture. Bathroom is old style. Taps needs to be fixed because they cannot close properly. Water from the taps brown. Service is not fantastic. Hosts we re friendly and accommodating. The whole place needed to be overalled and upgraded. I believe the owners would like to keep the place as it is because it was inherited from their grandparents but I feel they need to look after it more to be accomodating."
