"The room was clean and bright, warm. In fact too warm in the afternoon. We opened windows then. Amenities were good, shower a good size. Staff were excellent; very accommodating including storing baggage for a week, putting on breakfast early, local information. Some people outside on the street were noisy during the early hours of the morning, but that is beyond the control of the hotel. "A hostel, but the only action in town! We had a private room; the view from the balcony was fabulous. Breakfast is a little lean, and the staff acts like they couldn't care less whether you're there or not. We only stayed there because we needed to catch the ferry the next morning, but I would stay again if necessary."

"Hotel with good location in Molde. Great view of the water. My room had a noisy problem with the rain on the terrace. Got another room upon request. Housekeeping came by and I requested 5 minutes to clear the room. Afterwards I noticed they never came back. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars."
