"We were very grateful for the gentleman on the reception desk who waited till after 12AM to allow us to check (we have booked at 11:54pm). The room was great with a big bathroom, it had a lovely view of the city, unfortunately there was a mould/damp smell in room 703. The Air Con was not effective when we walked into the room, the hotel sent up an engineer within 5 minutes and he fixed the system. "The Riad was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for during our week in Marrakech. The Nashira suite was not big enough for our family of four, and unfortunately all other rooms were booked. The suite was also not very clean- the carpets had a strange smell to them. The staff were amazing and would be the only reason I would consider returning."
