"Palais Moulay said was absolutely excellant. We had a great stay. Honestly it was fantastic value for money. Really central to the main medina, literally within minutes you were right in the center. The riad was beautiful...breakfast was exactly what you would hope for, great choice. The staff were amazingly helpful. We couldnt fault it. I have no idea why it has received the negative views that might put you off going. Thank you so much for the best of stays."

"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. "Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Marktplatz in Marrakesch, also sehr zentral. Dennoch in einer Seitengasse, deshalb ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein für europäische Standards, aber man kommt gut aus. Alles in allem ein top Hotel im Zentrum. "

"Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Unser Zimmer „Calif“ war wunderschön und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet....

"Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges. One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock). "Tolles Riad, sehr zentral gelegen; trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schön ausgestattet , besonders freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Einziges kleines Manko: wir hatten daa Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, wo man abendliche Gespräche oder die Türklingel schon im Zimmer gehört hat, was allerdings nicht besonders störend war. Von daher: eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir danken für den ausgesprochen schönen Aufenthalt!!"
