"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! "The property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful and truly want to help you, especially Hassan the golf manager who arranges golf rounds at the nearby golf club. He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us. Cleaning of the showers could be better but that is my only complaint. "

"Das Essen war absolut Top wirklich sehr lecker und immer heiß.. Der Außen Pool ist angenehm warm und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön.. es gibt viele TV Sender in allen möglichen Sprachen. Negativ war das der Aqua Park nicht beheizt wird und sehr kalt ist und das es im all inklusive Programm kein Eis für die Kinder gibt."
