"Clean, comfortable and warm, easy access to Cairngorm mountain / ski centre, Loch Morlich, Reindeer Centre and Loch Uaine (Green Loch). Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries. Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act"

"Booked 2 adults 3 children. To which we were given 2 separate rooms nowhere near each other. Asked for them to be near. They offered room next door but didn’t point out smaller bed and the most uncomfortable thing I’ve gone on. I’m slim and lying on there must have been an inch between me n bed base. Anyone slightly larger wd have been on it. Paid for 2 big beds. And not what given. Pretty disappointing"

"Lovely room, easy access and parking. Hosts provided everything we needed. Beds and bedding were comfy. Area is walkable and hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We had a wonderful relaxing stay."

"Really cool place to stay and the breakfast was great. They had the normal grab and go stuff and a hot breakfast included in the price. They even made sure to ask if I was vegan or not. It’s the first hotel I’ve staying in a while where the room had a bed and pillows that were perfect, a shower that was perfect, and actual tv channels so we could watch a movie at night. Staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"The amenities, as well as the high-level of cleanliness at the Clubhouse was very comforting but what truly made our stay special was Simon and his family, who own and run this establishment. We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late. "The room was good. Comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast average. Good parking. Check in was absolutely absurd. Arrived at 3:00 and did not get into room until 4.30!! It appears if you do not book direct you are shunted to the back of the queue and that includes Expedia They give you deals and then treat you like third class citizens. No explanations - no apologies. Absolute disgrace!"
