"I can't say enough about the staff in particular. It's a beautiful hotel that was a former palace with good security, but truly he people were fantastic. A special call out to security and Mohamed Azny in the concierge department. My friends and I were waiting for a private car to take us on our tour when we accidentally got in the wrong car. We immediately realized it and jumped in the correct car. I accidentally left my purse including my passport and wallet in the back seat of the incorrect car. Mohamed reviewed security tap and sent me the car plate # and kept in constant communication with me as I only realized I had left my purse once we arrived in Alexandria. He assured me I would get my purse back and helped coordinate with the staff. Fortunately, the other driver returned after he took his group on a tour to return the purse. I am very well traveled and have never been in this situation, but I can assure you this is some of the best security and service you will find.
The breakfast was also lovely, as well as the 18th floor, dinner at the Steakhouse and also dinner on the patio.
I would highly recommend this hotel."
