"Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean. Location very convenient . Receptionist friendly and helpful. Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep. We will be back!"

"The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. "The Chalet is not in the place hotels.com stated it was. I based my choice upon distance to the ski area. Your website states its a 9 minute walk to the ski lift. In actuality it was a 20 minute drive. The information on your site was contradicting and turns out I had to pay the the owner directly at an additional 500 swiss francs. Chalet was beautiful and clean. Owner was very kind and understanding. Location was just wrong for us. We were a total of 5 with dog. The chalet was 150 meters...
