Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong...

"Great hotel. Everything from the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the hotel was, it was great. I liked how the breakfast was cooked to order and not a buffet style selection. The only issue for improvement would be to get rid of the multiple single use plastic toiletries in the bathroom. Use full sized bottles that can be refilled. Also, there’s no need in putting a sheet of plastic over a toilet letting us know it’s been cleaned. We can just assume...
