"The breakfast was definitely an interesting and so the second day we went out for breakfast. Staff in the hotel was great! However the Halls echo big time so when a cleaning person or other staff members in the whole talking to the staff member it's so loud it literally will wake you up in the middle of your room. Moving chairs or anything like that is just super loud.... The location is super and the hotel is great it just generally could tweak a few things to make it a little bit more...

"The staff were amazing....very helpful, friendly and ready to go out of their way to help the guests. Room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Located in the heart of Stone Town so it's close to most places of interest. I will stay again."

"Gorgeous boutique hotel in Stonetown. Rooftop pool is a real treat after a day of sightseeing. Lovely staff and great cocktails, nice breakfasts. Cocktails and music on the roof at sunset set the vibe but it’s not crazy busy. You’re in the middle of the town so it will be noisy wherever you stay, bring earplugs and an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"There was no pool and aircon was only in room, possibly in the resto downstairs, but in no common areas. Lovely staff, good food, nice decor and art. Lots of stairs. Airport shuttle was reasonable and good. "
