"I didn’t like that the only microwave was on the 10th floor and my room was on the 23rd floor. It would be more convenient if a microwave was on each floor."

"The room had a strange smell, burn hole in carpet (supposedly a non-smoking room), mold in the bathroom/shower, phone system was nonfunctional and had no instructions or extension list, 10 minutes after check-in time we hadn't received a call (as promised by the staff) so we went to the desk and were told the room wasn't ready and they had no idea when it would be, the lady just smiled and shrugged her shoulders, finally an hour after check in time we went back to the desk and the room was...

"My spouse and I had to change rooms due to the dust and the floor not being cleaned properly, but when I went to the front desk, the staff accommodated us with no problem. We loved everything about the hotel but hate the fact that there wasn’t a microwave anywhere available, when I asked for one. I would stay again though!"

"Housekeeping is non existent. Called 3 times for towels because their math is if you’re staying 2 people for 2 nights you only need two towels. No bell service so pack light."
