"Smooth early check-in without extra charge (courtesy extended) Helpful staff upon enquiry for travel info assistances. Great breakfast. We’ve never got bored with throughout the 4 mornings. There are plenty of choices for good food & drinks, particularly The PATAGONIA BREWERY, a must not miss-out dining or casual beer drinking, 2026 FIFA matches big screen spot."

"The place is nice enough. Unless you are an infant, you'll probably die of old age waiting for your food or drink orders to be filled. Breakfasts are good. The breakfast food quality is acceptable and it's buffet style, so you don't have to wait on the server to bring you the food. If you want a drink or food, I recommend taking an Uber into the city. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed...

"When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t open the door. We peeked through the gate and saw the green moldy pool water, the unswept grounds, and the abandoned hotel. It would have been nice if I was called by the booking agent to tell us the hotel went out of business. After spending an hour trying to figure out what we were going to do, a nice family with a van stopped with the same situation; reservations to a hotel which was closed. They gave us a ride and we quickly made reservations for...
