"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"Our recent stay at this peaceful oasis in Colombo was nothing short of delightful.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff - especially Samantha, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
The serene ambiance, coupled with a beautifully maintained pool, made for the perfect escape from the city's hustle.
Whether it was lounging by the water or indulging in the delicious food, every moment felt like a refreshing retreat....
