"I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move. I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this...

"We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Baystone. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and were constantly asking how our stay was and if there was anything they could do. The room was amazing and was very clean. Stephanie in particular was great and made sure our stay was enjoyable. On two occasions we left very early in the morning (before breakfast) to go on trips and both times we were given a little takeaway box with some breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses by LOV This place is amazing!!! We were in Mauritius on business and decided to spend half of the trip in an apartment and half in a 5 star hotel. This place is as good as a 5 Star hotel! It is so good to be able to shop at the Mauritian supermarkets (Super U 15 minutes away by car) and buy the lovely local produce and cook a nice meal on the bbq and relax with Pheonix beer and wine overlooking the beach at sunset! "Si vous êtes à la recherche du calme et du repos c'est l'endroit idéal. Un peu retiré du centre mais une marche de 20 minutes suffit pour y arriver. Des navettes sont disponibles tout le long de la journée pour rejoindre les différentes plages. Pour ma part le seul défaut que je pourrais dire, plutôt une revendication, serait de mettre de rendre le spa accessible gratuitement ( jacuzzi et Hammam )"
