"We found this hotel to be the best one on our trip to Chile. The staff was very helpful and the room was prefect for our group of 3. Finding rooms to accommodate 3 adults in Chile is difficult, but this hotel was ideal. Highly recommend this place."

"I arrived and they did not honor the reservation, and played dumb, claiming they had never received a reservation. Once I left stating I was placing a horrible review, they contacted me ( I did not give them my CEL phone, however they pulled it from my reservation, because that was the only place they could find it….) and found me another place that was not as expected. Horrible experience…."
