"very old room furniture that is in a very bad condition, fridge not working, closets and beds almost expired. in general whole hotel needs renovation. level of cleanliness for rooms, restaurants, public toilets very poor. All inclusive offering extremely poor, no bottle of water could be provided but have to go get from water dispenser, no fresh juices, no ice creams, coffee is provided in Nescafe classic only, food quality very poor. staff doesn't help. staff appearance and cleanliness very...

"We did not feel good here. Checked in and out to go to another property within 2 hours. Expedia amenities are not accurate and falsely represents this listing. I burned $1100 due to that and not likely to keep using Expedia due to this."

"The staff are your biggest asset special mention to Reception staff Ahmad,Jermeen and Rowan Restaurant staff,,,Hazem,Emad,Karim,Ahmed,Seif and Maysan. Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel..We will definately be back again..."
