"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Air conditioning around the elevator is not working properly. Communication is not good enough because the language barrier, but that’s understandable. Overall is a great place to stay for a few days."

"Safe, Quiet, New, Clean, Breakfast Buffet with room excellent, convenience store on site, lovely pool & exercise area, somewhat near to the airport for easy transportation. Would stay here again. Thanks Hotel Osaka."

"Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful "

"Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again"

"I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . "Solid budget apartment hotel. It’s functional, rooms are spacious, and clean. Despite having a loud family next to us, the walls were quite insular, blocking out a lot of noise. "

DISSPOINTED

"I checked in on Thursday night 13th Dec. When I check in, no one informed me that there will be a outdoor rave party next door on Friday 14th Dec. When I was back on 14th Dec from dinner, as a guest I can’t even find a car park for my car. Apparently the security allowed the people going to the Rave to park at the hotel car park. This was just the beginning, when I went into my room, the rave music was so loud, my window started to vibrate. I could only sleep when the rave ends at 3am in the morning. Dissapoint with how they manage the hotel and never provide to guest in advance. This will be my last time staying here. "
