"Very dated furniture/ decor and a little basic , no hot water insects in the bathroom , However all is forgiven when you step onto the balcony the view was to die for could have sat on that balcony everyday for the rest of my life , truly phenomenal "

"Nice little hotel if you're planning to stay a few days by the beach without breaking the bank. The room was pretty big and clean even though the bathroom was a bit grim. The included breakfast was great, staff was friendly, overall a nice place to stay."

"The location is amazing.
The rooms are nice.
The guys in the restaurant are great !
The only problem is The “manger” and the “front desk” in the reception they are not reliable, more then once they’ve told me one price and a day after changed it ( room , drinks, taxi) ."

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "
