"Vi blev overraskede, da vi ankom til hotellet, fordi det reseverede værelse ikke var til rådighed. Istedet blev vi tilbudt et andet til en noget højere pris (30% højere) og så var den aftensmad, som var inkluderet i vores oprindelig bestilling, ikke med i prisen. Vi erfarede, at andre på hotellet også havde haft problemer med deres reservation. Hvis vi en anden gang kom til Thalalla, vil vi klart vælge et andet hotel. Det var en fantastik flot strand."

"The location is amazing. The rooms are nice. The guys in the restaurant are great ! The only problem is The “manger” and the “front desk” in the reception they are not reliable, more then once they’ve told me one price and a day after changed it ( room , drinks, taxi) ."

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "
