Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "

"Visited this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel had a lot of problems, like dirty room and trash from the previous guests, but the biggest problem was the customer service.
