"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it.
Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water.
But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared...

"Our apartment was quite charming with high ceilings and architectural details. It was a 2bedroom, 2 bath, advertised for 9 people. It was very comfortable for 5, but I think it’d be tight for 9.
The staff was very accommodating to our requests and friendly, but in some areas cleaning was a bit superficial. There was some mold in the shower and dust bunnies around the moulding and found trash on the one side of the bed.

"Overall great employees at front desk, concierge, bellboy desk and room cleaning. Fantastic buffet breakfast and Lounge at 26 floor that could use some improvements for breakfast time (some croissants perhaps?). Great location and a bakery at the lobby with amazing desserts."

"高層階からの眺めは気持ちよく、部屋は静かで快適な滞在となりました。お部屋が若干古い感じはしましたが、清潔で、シャワーも使いやすかったです。
朝ごはんビュッフェは種類豊富で美味しく、食べすぎてしまいました。
