"Honestly the food was terrible. It tasted like its been cooked 2days before. The food was delivered very late 2 hours after ordering . The fried chicken was stale to aay the list."

"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. "We really enjoyed our stay!! The room was very comfortable and clean. We asked for a later checkout due to having a later flight and they were very accommodating to us. The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. It’s a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. "

"The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok."

"Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. "
