"I had the surprise of an added charge of $10 a day for parking and when I needed shampoo it took over an hour and I gave up and went to the front desk."

"Stayed 2 nights in the room with kitchenette, very clean indoor and outdoor pools. There is only 1 basketball hoop, had to wait a few times for the hoop, hopefully they can have more basketball courts in the future. The walls are thin in the room, you can hear your neighbor talking, kids crying and so forth. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, close to amenities. Overall we had a great time!"

"Walked in and it felt like home. Fresh towels daily. Stepped out onto the balcony and had a view of the ocean."

"While the stay was nice checking the batteries on the locks should be done better as the maintenance guy had to replace the battery during our stay and we were locked out of our room until he got there, we were only locked out for 5 minutes but this was a almost 1,000 dollar stay so I expected the up keep to be better."

"Staff was awesome, only issue was we paid for parking for 4 days after day 2 there was an system issue so we had to keep showing our room keys to get the car parked for us."

"I stayed two nights I expect housekeeping to come check the room and at least empty the trash daily give fresh towels. We use the two bottles of complementary water to make coffee but for the next day, there’s no water to make coffee. I’m not using tapwater and there was no coffee. Why is it my job to have to go down and ask the front desk for more coffee or clean towels that’s why I gave three stars for this hotel."

"They still are working on updating the place the floor I was on was just like brand new as if I was the first guest . Pool area is very nice too , steps from the beach"
