"The room was clean, the hotel was booked, the parking lot was full, hard to find parking a truck with a boat took up about 8 spots another large truck took up about 4 lots, found a spot when someone left. Breakfast was a disaster no sausages, no eggs, they were all gone by 08:00, we waited for 1/2hr, before telling them at the desk as I thought someone would be coming any minute, the clerk just said there was someone cooking more! "very nice hotel. has many upgrades since we last stayed many years ago. all positive. does not offer full breakfast but has fruit and muffins and coffee/tea. nice ambiance. looks very efficient. dogs stay free and they have slushie machine for kids. only criticism is the usual TV inefficiency. {wouldnt work corectly and no advice sheet for 2 remotes that were in room.} There was a card giving some advice or call the desk. we came in late from an outing and didnt want to get desk...

"Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels."
