"Toilet needed to take back off to flush"

"Good location…good airport shuttle. Nonexistent pool for swimming. Plus, when there is a conference on, it is overrun by kids."

I'd say my only complaint would be that the rooms aren't really soundproof so it can feel kind of loud depending on your surroundings but otherwise everything was great."

"The room 208, was very dated(the air conditioning unit was very old, buttons missing, noisy, and did not work well). A lamp in the room did not work. Desk chair was torn, and tipped back easily. Hard to find plugins for all our electronics. Staff was very friendly and helpful No elevator, but staff helped carry our luggage up stairs to our room."

"Staff was great. The lady who checked me in was new but very friendly and enthusiastic. They were able to store my cooler packs in their freezer which helps as I have 2 more stops."
