"Konaklama öncesi gerek hotels.com daki gerekse web adresindeki telefonlardan ulaşamadım. Oysa ki, bu telefonları kullanmıyorlarmış. Esas numaralarını da yayınlamamışlar. Konaklama günü gittiğimizde, gerek karşılama, gerekse hizmetin içeriği konusunda hayal kırıklığına uğradık. 2 Günlük, yanımızda yaşlı babamızın da olduğu bir apart konaklama idi. 09.00- 12.00 saatleri arasında termal hizmetinin ücretli olduğu, odalarda, apart mutfak araç ve gereç alt yapısının olmadığı, istersek otelden kahvaltı...
