"I really enjoyed the loft that this hotel has which was a good use of space. The restaurant was delicious and the view of the mountains and volcano were spectacular. Easy to find the hotel. Would stay here again if I were in the area."

You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."
