"Around 12 am midnight all of a sudden because of heavy raining the AC started flooding on our bed with our stuff. it was not a normal amount of water. Shortly after the water was everywhere on our bed and on the floor. The stuff asked me to wait in the room inside the water. I don't know what kind of mentality would tell a customer to go back and wait in the room with all that dirty water coming thru AC unit and all that bad smell from inside the AC."

"The hotel was clean and very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. The breakfast had a very good variety. The only drawback for us as a family with small children was we were unable to use the pool in the evening. The ambience with all the music and drinking was not very family friendly. Would consider again if only for my wife and I but not the whole family."

"The visual style is just wonderful 😊 The Library was unbelievable, which adds such a value to the Hotel. I enjoyed reading as I listened to a perfect blend of music as I enjoyed the absolute delicious lunch. I was unable to enjoy the Pool because it definitely needed CLEANING and I couldn't risk that while traveling. "Nicte is always our favorite getaway within the city! Whenever we need to rest and be pampered, we go to Nicte! Rooms are always spacious and sparkling clean! Bedding and linens soft and comfortable, and the staff beyond welcoming and friendly!"

"This property was very small, but it was very convenient priced. My room had a balcony on it, and it was really clean . There’s not that much to do around the property but if you do wanna catch a taxi or Uber, they are easily accessible. The breakfast and dinner was OK but if you’re looking for more locally culture food, it’s best to leave off the property."
