"Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent — conveniently close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. The food was thoughtfully prepared and enjoyable throughout the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the lake."

"Nice spa, handy for train station but beware, use the hotel shuttle/ transfer and not a taxi. We weren't aware of the possibility of collection from the station so got a taxi and were charged 36CHF for a 3 minute journey! Arrived around 6pm on a Sunday and there was nothing open apart from restaurants in a couple of the hotels so ended up eating in the hotel which was ok. Expect if we visited from end of May onwards there'd be more going on. Hotel gave us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room...
